Is this course for me?

As the commercial landscape becomes more competitive and customer expectations are raised, the demands are being placed on many different organisations to deliver first class service. Good customer service is the key to the success of all organisations. Learners should be employed in a customer service role. An experienced assessor will carry out training and assessments in the workplace.

What is the course content?

Framework qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Customer Service, English &Maths Functional Skills and a Certificate in Customer Service (technical certificate).

What is the length of the course?

The QCF & Technical Certificate is flexible basis to suit the employer needs. Functional skills delivery is flexible it can be daytime/evening, within centre or in your organisation depending on numbers and employers needs.

How will I be assessed?

Learners will collect work based in a portfolio that is then assessed to the criteria at the relevant level. Delivery is flexible at a time to suit the learner and employers needs.

What qualifications do I need?

No previous experience is required.

Where will this course lead me?

Further study can lead to many opportunities in supervisory and managerial positions.

Is there anything else I need to know?

You must be employed within a relevant occupation. You can start an Apprenticeship at any time of the year (not just September) but you must have left school.
