This course is for both experienced and new trainers who wish to improve their performance and obtain a training qualification which will enable them to deliver qualifications.

Who is it for?

The HABC L3 International Award in Delivering Training qualification is intended for external or internal trainers who wish to improve their practical delivery and obtain the minimum level of qualification to enable them to deliver Training qualifications.

Description

The content of the qualification is designed to be flexible to allow you to achieve a variety of training skills.

Section 1
Principles of delivering training: This section has questions that relate to your knowledge of delivering training. It also includes practical tasks that you must complete as part of the qualification.
Section 2
Practical preparation for the delivery of training: This section gives details of practical tasks that you must complete as part of the qualification. This section must be completed in the classroom. It cannot be completed through distance learning.
Section 3
Delivery of training and reflection: This includes a section for your tutor/assessor to provide feedback with regards to your micro-training session and suitability of your feedback to peers. It also includes a section for you to reflect on your own training as well as identifying aspects which went well and those which require more practice. Learners must deliver a training session and provide feedback to a minimum of 3 other learners (where classroom numbers are smaller than this, learners must deliver a total of 2 sessions and provide feedback).
